Only pair the SOE & CLEO XW via the Smart Daily DE app. If you have paired the watch via the Bluetooth menu of your smartphone, disconnect the watch there first. For Android devices, it is necessary that all permissions are granted and the location function (GPS) is activated. Otherwise, no Bluetooth devices can be paired in the vicinity.
As soon as you receive a WhatsApp message, the WhatsApp icon will appear.
No, you do this as usual from your smartphone.
No. You will receive an icon on your watch. But you can read the message as usual on your smartphone.
The analogue time is powered by a button cell battery. You can set this by pulling out the side knob (crown) slightly and turning it. Then push the crown back into the original position. The digital display updates automatically as soon as the connection to the Smart Daily DE app has been successfully established.

Open the Smart Daily DE App, go to the item “Settings”, select the menu item “Disconnect clock” and confirm with “DISCONNECT”. Your watch is then disconnected. Under iOS, you must then “ignore” the device in the Bluetooth settings. Otherwise you will not be able to establish a new connection with the SOE & CLEO.
The clock, as well as your Bluetooth and the location function on the smartphone must be switched on. If you have previously established a connection with another smartphone, this must first be disconnected.
The SOE XW Pure/CLEO XW Connect is not suitable for use in water. The only protection against water splashes is when it rains or when washing hands. For this reason, the SOE XW Pure/CLEO XW Connect should always be protected from water.
