Only bind your JOLI XW PRO via the XWFit App. If you have your watch connected in the Bluetooth menue of your phone, please disconnect it first. If you use an Android device, it is necessary to allow all permissions and that your GPS (location service) is enabled. Otherwise you will not be able to bind nearby Bluetooth devices.

You can find the quick menu by swiping down from the top of the main screen (clock screen). Tap the watch symbol, by swiping (left or right) you can choose between the different watch faces. Confirm the new watchface by tapping it.

The watch is able to display notifications such as E-Mail, WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS, Instagram and many more.

No, you can answer your messages from your phone as usual.

No, a preview of the message will be displayed up until the maximum amount of characters the watch can display. Also emojis cannot be displayed..

You cannot set the time manually, but as soon as the connection to your phone is established the time will be automatically set.

Please unpair the watch before reconnecting it to your iPhone. Navigate to the Bluetooth menu of your iPhone (Settings -> Bluetooth), tap on the “i” next to the Joli and then on “Ignore device”. Then start the pairing process with the help of the XWFit app. It is important that the connection with the iPhone is only established via the app and not via the iPhone’s Bluetooth menu.

Open the XWFIT app, go to “Device” and scroll down to the bottom of the page. If you select “Unpair”, the Smartwatch will be disconnected. Under iOS you then still have to “ignore” the device in the Bluetooth settings. Otherwise you will not be able to establish a new connection with the JOLI.

The watch as well as your Bluetooth and location (GPS) on the smartphone must be switched on. If you have previously established a connection with another smartphone, this must first be disconnected.

The JOLI models are not suitable for use in water. There is only splash protection when it rains or when washing your hands, for this reason the watches should always be protected from water.
