Only pair the QIN XW PRO via the XWFit app. If you have paired the watch via the Bluetooth menu of your smartphone, disconnect the watch there first. For Android devices, it is necessary that all permissions are granted and the location function (GPS) is activated. Otherwise, no Bluetooth devices can be paired in the vicinity.
You can find the Quick Menu by swiping from the top to the bottom of the main screen (watch screen).
Tap the watch icon, swipe (left or right) to choose between the different watchfaces. Tap to confirm the new watch face.
The watch is able to display notifications such as E-Mail, WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS, Instagram and many more.
No, you can answer your messages from your phone as usual.
No, a preview of the message will be displayed up until the maximum amount of characters the watch can display. Also emojis cannot be displayed.
You cannot set the time manually, but as soon as the connection to your phone is established the time will be automatically set..
Please unpair the watch before reconnecting it to your iPhone. Navigate to the Bluetooth menu of your iPhone (Settings -> Bluetooth), tap the “i” next to the QIN and then tap “Ignore device”. Then start the pairing process using the XWFit app.
It is important that the connection on the iPhone is only established via the app and not via the Bluetooth menu of the iPhone.
Open the XWFIT app, go to “Device” and scroll to the bottom of the page. Select “Unpair” and the Smartwatch will be disconnected. On iOS, you must then “ignore” the device in the Bluetooth settings. Otherwise, you will not be able to establish a new connection with the Joli & QIN.
The watch as well as your Bluetooth and location (GPS) on the smartphone must be switched on. If you have previously established a connection with another smartphone, this must first be disconnected..
The QIN model is not suitable for use in water. The only protection against water splashes is when it rains or when washing hands. For this reason, the watches should always be protected from water.
